We are in our 70’s and face the expected aging process aches & pains. I have heart issues and my wife has spine and arthritic joint issues. At times we were concerned about her mobility and I was starting to have issues with Joint pain in my fingers and hands. We try to avoid medication at all cost. My wife takes none and I take minimal heart maintenance meds.
I retired four years ago and we started cruising while we felt we could before we became unable due to health reasons. We started taking the Grafex Material in June of 2018 and have since been on over 40 cruises, 19 different ships and made road trips in our van to the Mid-west, Northeast and Southeast U.S. I now have pain free fingers and hands. My wife walks a minimum of 10,000 steps a day. Usually she walks over 15,000. She had back issues which would force her to have surgery at some point. She is pain free and currently has no back issues to warrant her to seek surgery. We cannot find any adverse effects since we started taking the Grafex Material. All we know is, we are glad we did!
